Titus Wheeler is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Titus was a legal and financial intern for an independent, single-source financial services firm. Through this role, Titus conducted legal tax research, prepared memoranda on tax implications of financial strategies, drafted primers outlining the legal basis of alternative financial strategies, and researched various financial products. Titus also previously served as a summer associate at the firm, where he completed projects in various practice areas and researched and drafted memos.
