Tyler E. Grace

Tyler Grace is an associate and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His experience includes supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, conducting due diligence, and drafting and reviewing transaction-related agreements. Tyler has contributed to the preparation of SEC filings, including a Form S-4 in connection with a SPAC acquisition, drafted restrictive covenant agreements for strategic acquisitions, and developed resources to support labor, employment, and workplace safety due diligence in M&A transactions. He has also researched and analyzed emerging issues involving artificial intelligence and intellectual property.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler served as a term clerk to the Honorable James A. Wynn of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where he drafted bench memoranda and assisted with the preparation and review of published and unpublished opinions. He previously externed for Judge Wynn, analyzing substantive and procedural motions, conducting legal research, and preparing materials in advance of oral arguments. Before beginning his legal career, Tyler held leadership and project management roles with nonprofit organizations, a creative agency, and international development programs, where he managed complex initiatives, coordinated diverse stakeholder groups, and supported research and communications efforts.
