Gracey Scott is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group. She represents clients in state and federal courts in complex disputes across a broad range of industries and business sectors. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, and other business tort and commercial claims. Gracey has experience across all phases of litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Gracey practiced at a distinguished Boston litigation boutique, where she represented clients in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, employment, and other complex commercial matters. During law school, Gracey served as a student attorney in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Constitutional and Administrative Law Division.
Gracey also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing nonprofit organizations and individuals in a diverse range of matters, including commercial disputes, eminent domain proceedings, and immigration advocacy.
