Prior to joining the firm, Vivian served as Chief Talent Officer at Covista, where she led enterprise talent strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives. Prior to Covista, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and leader in the People & Organization Performance Practice, advising organizations on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation efforts. Earlier in her career, Vivian was part of the Human Capital and M&A practices at Deloitte Consulting, leading people and organizational effectiveness engagements across mergers, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives.
