William E. Antonides III

William "Bill" E. Antonides III is an associate with the firm. Bill’s practice includes a wide variety of complex civil litigation and arbitration in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States and internationally, with a primary focus in toxic tort litigation, insurance recovery and counseling, and construction litigation.

Bill has experience representing and advising clients with all facets of toxic tort litigation. Primarily, Bill has represented multiple public sector clients with respect to PFAS-related litigation, from the initial investigation and claim development to expert discovery, motion practice, and settlement strategy. In addition, Bill has advised clients on the landscape of environmental compliance and regulatory enforcement with respect to PFAS.

Bill has litigated and counseled clients with respect to claims under a wide variety of insurance policies, including representations and warranties, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions liability, commercial general liability, and business owners.

Bill’s construction practice involves representing property owners, real estate developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in disputes related to construction and design defects, construction delays, warranty claims, and other construction-related disputes. In addition, Bill handles personal injury suits based on construction workplace injuries and alleged exposure to hazardous substances. 

In 2025, Bill was selected by his peers to the New Jersey Rising Stars list.

Prior to joining the firm, Bill was an associate at a New Jersey-based law firm, where he was part of the litigation, government, and labor and employment practice groups. He was responsible for handling complex civil litigation matters from receipt of complaint to final disposition, as well as assisting litigation partners on various litigation matters at the state and federal levels. In addition, he led depositions, prepared trial and appellate briefs, argued motions, and engaged in settlement negotiations.

Additionally, Bill previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, A.J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Vicinage. There he drafted opinions, conducted research, and prepared orders in response to a variety of motions before the court.
