William R. Bradley, II

William Bradley is admitted to practice in California. He is not currently admitted in Washington. 

William Bradley is an associate in the firm's Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Prior to joining the firm, William was an associate at an international law firm, where he served as the primary junior associate on several public and private technology-related deals. He additionally drafted award agreements, proxy statements, prospectuses, and merger proxies pursuant to various transactions. William maintains a robust pro bono practice, focusing primarily on matters relating to intellectual property and elections.

During law school, William interned at a law firm owned by a sole practitioner whose practice primarily consisted of the video game and board game industries. William also served as a member of the Rural Summer Legal Corps at Legal Services Alabama. Prior to his career in law, William negotiated a multi-million-dollar student housing deal alongside campus stakeholders while serving as the President of the Student Government Council at Florida State University’s Panama City campus.
