William Bradley is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. William previously worked as an associate at an American multinational law firm where he drafted award agreements for executive and non-executive employees and prepared relevant sections of proxy statements, prospectuses, and merger proxies pursuant to various transactions. He gained experience while regularly corresponding with clients and opposing counsel. William assisted with numerous pro bono intellectual property, election, incorporation, and expungement matters.
