Mattia Maggioni is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. He focuses his practice on Corporate and Insolvency Law with respect to both contentious and non-contentious matters. He advises domestic and international companies on M&A, banking and financial matters and private equity transactions.

Mr. Maggioni graduated with honors in commercial law from the University of Milan Law School, with a thesis on the intercompany transactions.

Before joining K&L Gates, he worked for a boutique law firm in Milan, Italy, dealing with contentious and non-contentious commercial matters.
