Dr. Patricia Prelinger is a counsel in the firm's Berlin office and member of the corporate and transactional practice group. She provides comprehensive advice in the area of venture capital and emerging growth companies. Patricia accompanies start-up companies and advises on the structuring of employee stock options plans as well as on the conclusion and implementation of financing rounds and convertible loans, both on the founder’s and the investor’s side. She also advises national and international companies on corporate law, in particular corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and limited liability company law.
Patricia joined the firm in January 2013. She started her legal career in 2001 at an international law firm where she focused on M&A. Following she joined a Berlin boutique law firm with a concentration on corporate law and real estate transactions.
