As well as our usual round up of the month’s key legal developments, in this second webinar of 2016 we focussed on “Brexit”: the possible exit of the UK from the EU following a referendum to be held later this year.
We considered some of the political aspects involved, as well as the possible consequences for the UK’s legal system, including the potential impact on employment law. We also discussed some action items that employers can start thinking about now in order to be prepared.
