UK Employment Law Webinar Series 2016 - May

This month, as well as our usual update of important cases and other employment law developments, we discussed the implications for employers of two new EU-based laws: the Trade Secrets Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation. We considered what employers can do now in order to be prepared for when the new laws come into force. We also discussed the current guidance published by the Information Commissioner’s Office and what effect “Brexit” could have on the need for businesses to comply with these changes.
