UK Employment Webinar Series 2015 - October

We recently held the ninth in our series of monthly Employment Law webinars. As well as the usual round up of the month’s developments we discussed what companies need to do in order to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which came into force at the start of the month. We also considered the implications for international businesses of the ECJ’s recent decision which outlawed the “Safe Harbor” regime relied on by many international companies to comply with their EU data protection obligations when exporting data to the US.
