Luca Paesetti is an associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He has experience advising both Italian and foreign regulated financial intermediaries, including alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), investment firms, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions. Luca has experience drafting contracts in the financial and payment services sector, reviewing outsourced arrangements, and providing ongoing and transaction-based legal and regulatory advice to regulated entities. He has also assisted with authorization procedures before supervisory authorities and provided corporate secretarial and governance support to asset management companies and investment firms. His knowledge includes regulatory advice for depository banks, fund administrators, and execution departments, as well as support to internal compliance and anti–money laundering functions.
