Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a mergers and acquisitions and emerging companies associate for a national law firm. Through this role, Alex represented venture-backed companies in M&A transactions, advised emerging company clients in price and unpriced fundraising rounds, and advised private companies on corporate governance and securities law issues. Alex has also served as both a corporate associate and mergers and acquisitions associate for several other law firms in their Seattle and New York offices.
