Alexa Sengupta is an associate and a member of the Healthcare and FDA practice group. She focuses her practice on both healthcare and FDA regulatory matters, advising both healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory issues.
Alexa has experience assisting with federal and state healthcare regulatory, operational and compliance matters, including state and federal licensure analysis and changes, fraud and abuse concerns, privacy and telehealth matters as well as other day-to-day operational issues. Alexa also has advised medical device, cosmetic and dietary supplement clients on a variety of regulatory and FDA questions.
Alexa also assists in the execution of a wide array of corporate transactions with healthcare and life sciences clients, by advising clients through the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, strategic collaborations, and joint ventures.
