Alexandra C. Lynch

Alexandra Lynch offers strategic transactional guidance to a diverse range of clients both in the United States and internationally. She has experience counseling corporations and nonprofits in multiple jurisdictions in transactions including investments, mergers, and equity and asset purchases. With a strong academic foundation and a keen understanding of business intricacies, Alexandra navigates the complexities of transactional practice with precision and strategic insight.

Alexandra is a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, which has been recognized with numerous awards including being named the 2024 and 2022 Corporate Law Firm of the Year and ranked as National Tier 1 since 2010 in the Best Lawyers’ Best Law Firms® report. In addition to the Mergers and Acquisitions practice, Alexandra is a member of the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group.

Alexandra graduated at the top of her class from Seattle University Law School where she served as a Senior Editor on the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future awards for receiving the highest grade in a law school class. During law school, Alexandra served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik, Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Prior to law school, Alexandra worked in public health research and co-authored peer reviewed articles related to social determinants of heath. Alexandra maintains her connection to her previous career in public health by providing pro bono advice to non-profit health service delivery organizations serving communities in Seattle. In addition, Alexandra is an active member of the alumni network of the Law, Societies, & Justice Program at the University of Washington, where she previously served as an advisor.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra was a summer associate in the Seattle office, where she contributed to pro bono projects including clemency petitions and vacating convictions, among other roles. Alexandra also represented asylum seekers in her law school’s Immigration Law Clinic.
