Andrea R. Mango

Andrea has over twenty years of experience practicing financial services law. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea most recently served as counsel, secretary, and vice president at an asset management company where she was responsible for the legal and regulatory matters of the investment adviser and its U.S. registered mutual and closed-end funds. She began her legal career at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and has previously held in-house legal and compliance positions at other financial services firms.
