Andrew Stanka is counsel at K&L Gates and a member of the Real Estate practice group. He focuses on the area of commercial tenancy law where he provides legal advice to national and international logistics companies, retailers and real estate companies. This includes negotiation of complex (built-to-suit) lease agreements as well as asset management. His practice also includes real estate transactions (sale and purchase).
Andrew Stanka is a qualified lawyer (Fachanwalt) for banking and capital markets law.
Andrew joined K&L Gates in July 2021. Prior to that he worked in an international law firm based in Munich between 2018 and 2021 in the area of real estate and real estate finance and in a law firm in Munich between 2014 and 2018 in the area of real estate and banking law.
