K&L Gates is seeking a junior associate (PQE 1–3 years) for its Asset and Corporate Finance team in the Milan office.

The selected candidate will join a structured department with expertise in banking law, financing transactions, securitization, real estate and corporate finance, debt capital markets, and debt restructuring.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience and interest in the sector
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of IT tools
  • Strong team-working attitude
