Avy gained invaluable experience when studying law at Monash University, during which she spent a semester at Leiden University at the Faculty of Law.
Previously, Avy worked closely with the principal of three boutique law firms on areas of commercial law, business law and construction law.
Avy was also a former paralegal volunteer at the Springvale Monash Legal Service and Monash Law Clinics Clayton, where she managed her own employment and property law files under the supervision of a senior lawyer.
