Prior to joining the firm, Beatrice was a trainee solicitor with a U.S. law firm. Through this role, she was mainly involved in equity capital markets transactions and annual retainers on listed companies’ compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Beatrice has represented both issuers and underwriters in their proposed listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Main Board), with experience in preparing listing application documents, conducting sponsor due diligence as well as drafting prospectuses and elaborate response submissions. For post-listing compliance, Beatrice has represented a number of Main Board issuers on their annual retainer matters and accumulated experience in Hong Kong Listing Rules interpretation. Since joining the firm, Beatrice has broadened the scope of her practice and ventured into debt capital markets, asset management, investment funds, and M&A advisory work.
