Benjamin C. Skillin

Benjamin Skillin is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds group.

Ben assists a broad range of global clients in both the private funds and registered funds space on matters of formation, organization, and maintenance. He specializes in sustainable and climate-impact investments and assists clients with developing and implementing these strategies. Ben also counsels clients on a wide variety of SEC and CFTC regulatory matters. 

Additionally, Ben works closely with the Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources group on a suite of renewable energy project development and regulatory matters

Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked at the Department of Justice and Federal Communications Commission, and as a telecommunications and solar project development consultant in the private sector. He also taught a semester-long Environmental Land & Policy course at Boston College. During law school, Ben was a Boston College Clough Academic Law Fellow and a member of the Boston College Law Review.
