Brooke Benjamin is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She has assisted in the representation of real estate clients across an array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, New Market Tax Credits, and obtaining economic incentives. Brooke has also advised clients on a wide-range of operational and organizational matters, including corporate governance and taxation.
