Chiara Toccagni is counsel in the firm's Milan office and is a member of the firm’s Public Policy and Law practice group. She focuses her practice on regulatory matters. Chiara has developed significant experience in the legal matters related to the administrative law, focusing on energy projects, environmental and landscape issues, regulatory compliance, public tenders, advising Italian and foreign investors and financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Chiara worked as a senior associate at the Milan office of another international firm. She graduated in 2001 from the University of Pavia and was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2005.

  • On 6 October 2022, Chiara Toccagni acted as a speaker in the webinar “Power Storage - Authorisation process and application models for learning the benefits of storage systems" organized by IKN Italy.
  • On 8 February 2022, Chiara Toccagni acted as a speaker in the live training “General Terms and Conditions of Energy Supply” organized by IKN Italy.
