Christopher Manley is an associate at the firm and is a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an associate at a regional New Jersey based law firm focused on labor and employment law. He has experience representing employers in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration, in a variety of matters, including restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination suits, and employee grievances. He also has experience before federal and state administrative bodies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Commission, and the Occupational Health and Safety Review Commission. Chris has also counseled employers through labor negotiations and on compliance with federal and state employment statutes. He has also represented businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
