David McDonald is an associate in the firm’s Miami office and he is a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. David’s practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, commercial transactions, corporate governance matters, and compliance with federal securities law and stock exchange requirements. He has prior experience in real estate and joint venture transactions.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm, David served as an associate for a Florida law firm where he focused on state and federal filings for private securities offerings and exchanges, operating agreements, SEC filings, and purchase and sale agreements. David also provided research for niche case law in complex commercial cases.
