Devon K. Blevins

Devon Blevins is an associate and a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Her experience includes representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters before state, federal, and administrative courts. She focuses on traditional labor law, including representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board in unfair labor practice and pre- and post-election hearings, advising employers on a range of labor matters, and collective bargaining. Devon also represents employers in employment litigation matters and before a range of state and federal administrative agencies. 

Prior to joining the firm, Devon served the labor and employment practice of a national firm, where she defended clients before the National Labor Relations Board, including defending employers in unfair labor practice charges, representation proceedings, and pre- and post-election hearings. Devon also represented and advised employers regarding union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and other labor relations matters. She provided multiple presentations and trainings to managers regarding labor organizing and National Labor Relations Board updates.

Devon also practiced as an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, where she investigated unfair labor practice charges, processed representation petitions, served as a hearing officer, and litigated matters before administrative law judges.
