She focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and corporate restructurings. She represents venture capital funds, private equity funds, strategic investors and angel investors in their investment activities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on technology and media sectors.
