Prior to joining the firm, Dorothy Laguzza worked at an American law firm where she focused on environmental law and represented and counseled clients on state and federal environmental issues arising in real estate and corporate transactions as well as counseling clients through the cleanup process under CERCLA and RCRA. She has advised clients on the necessity of site remediation, possibility of natural resource damages, development of brownfields, and regulatory matters. She also has experience in environmental litigation matters, including state and federal cost recovery claims and enforcement actions.
