Resident in the Pittsburgh office, Edward focuses on representing hospitals on general health law, corporate, governance, regulatory and operating issues. This includes a considerable amount of time with healthcare strategic (mergers and affiliation planning) matters. Edward also works with organ procurement organizations and was a former director of the organ procurement organization serving western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has been included in every edition of Best Lawyers in the US, for Healthcare.
