Efeoghene Ayanruoh

Efeoghene Ayanruoh is an associate in the firm's Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters across diverse industries. Her experience includes assisting clients with formation/restructuring, pre-acquisition due diligence, and drafting transaction documents.

Prior to joining the firm, Efeoghene served as a research assistant for Dean Adrien Wing at the University of Iowa College of Law. In this role, Efeoghene prepared presentations for various speaking engagements, including on the intersection of critical race theory and gender discrimination. While working as a research assistant, Efeoghene served on the board of the Iowa Black Law Students Association and worked on various immigration matters as a clinic student at the University of Iowa Law Clinic, where she interviewed and advised immigration clients and prepared and filed immigration petitions. Efeoghene also served as a summer associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
