Eric J. Nascone

Eric Nascone is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate at a Delaware-based law firm where he advised corporate clients on fiduciary duty and corporate governance issues, and negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts and corporate governance documents. Eric also analyzed and advised clients on corporate and alternative entity issues, drafted formation documents and board resolutions, and engaged in complex corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. 

Eric graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Eric served as a Judicial Extern for Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge in the US District Court for the District of Delaware, and he was Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review.

 Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a Corporate Litigation Associate at another Wilmington, DE corporate law firm, where his practice primarily involved complex corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court, and the US District Court for the District of Delaware.  In law school, Eric was Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review, served as an Investment Fellow for the Villanova Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Institute, and provided legal services to start-up companies through Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship.
