Eusapia Simone is a partner and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Eusapia was a partner at an international law firm where she focused her practice on the banking and finance sector. She has experience in assisting banks, real estate development funds, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, financial brokers, and, more generally, monitored bodies. Eusapia assists clients in special transactions, authorization procedures, and restructurings, and advises clients regarding the layout of the governance system, the internal control system, and policies and practices concerning renumeration and incentives.
