Her work spans antitrust and due diligence reviews, governmental inquiries, internal investigations, international privacy compliance, cross-border arbitration, and cybersecurity incident response. Gina collaborates with eDAT leaders to design and implement defensible review protocols, conduct early case assessments, and apply predictive analytics to streamline discovery workflows and deliver actionable results.
Along with the entire eDAT team, Gina has long embraced artificial intelligence (AI) as a core component of eDiscovery, leveraging AI tools to enhance document review, privilege analysis, and issue identification. This foundation in AI has positioned Gina to now seamlessly integrate emerging generative technologies into eDAT workflows—not just to improve efficiency, but to rethink how we approach document review altogether. She is actively engaged in eDATs strategic, hands-on approach to maximizing the defensible use of AI tools to solve complex eDiscovery challenges and deliver measurable results in time/cost savings and review accuracy.
Gina holds the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) designation from ACEDS, the LPM LaunchPad™ Certificate in Legal Project Management Fundamentals from LawVision, and is a Relativity Certified Gen AI Pro, reflecting her commitment to the vigorous, yet responsible and strategic adoption of advances in legal technology.
