Giulia Di Bartolo is a trainee in the firm’s Milan office. She is part of the Corporate department, and deals with commercial and corporate matters, advising Italian and international clients on M&A transactions, as well as in relation to corporate litigation.
She graduated in law in 2023 from the University of Messina, with a thesis in commercial law on “Società Benefit” as a new corporate tool to achieve corporate sustainability.
