Hutton Baker is admitted to practice in California. He is not currently admitted in Tennessee.
Hutton Baker is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. He also assists clients in emerging growth and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Hutton served as a summer associate. He was also previously a research assistant for Professor Morgan Ricks at Vanderbilt Law School, where he analyzed buy and sell side deal protection provisions in mergers and acquisitions agreements in order to build a predictive model of M&A success rates based on deal protections within the agreements.
