Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as a partner at a Newark law firm where she specialized in commercial real estate and redevelopment, land use, and environmental law. She worked with clients to acquire development approvals before local boards, proceed through the redevelopment process, and obtain local and state financing incentives. Jennifer assisted clients with permit acquisitions from agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Transportation.
Jennifer also has over 20 years of experience practicing education law, advising clients on board governance, labor relations, special education, and school construction. She has handled matters at the Public Employment Relations Commission, Office of Administrative Law, and before state and federal courts.
