Jessica J. Franzese

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica has had broad experience in the health care area, from her days as a certified pharmacy technician to being a senior consultant at a leading national healthcare consulting company. She has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of coding, reimbursement, and compliance for physicians and health systems. During that time, Jessica has also authored publications and webinars, created reference materials and education presentations related to coding and auditing, mentored new coders and auditors, and educated medical providers in documentation best practices.
