Jonathan Lawrence is a partner and assistant general counsel of the firm. Jonathan provides risk and compliance support and advice to our offices in Europe and the Middle East as well as expertise in anti-money laundering compliance globally. He is money laundering compliance and reporting officer and compliance officer for finance and administration in the London office.

Jonathan was previously a Restructuring and Insolvency partner of the firm for over 20 years.

Jonathan joined the firm as a partner in 2005. He had previously been an associate with a London-based international law firm from 2000 until 2005. He worked as a trainee lawyer and an associate with another international law firm from 1995 to 2000
