Jordan Knight is an associate at the firm’s Boston office. He is a member of the investment management, hedge funds and alternative investments practice group. Jordan concentrates his practice on the formation, organization and ongoing operations of open- and closed-end private investment funds, including private equity funds and funds-of-funds. He also assists in advising clients on derivatives regulation, protocols and documentation, including ISDAs and MSFTAs.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office in 2017. In addition, he was a compliance intern at a global financial services company.
