K&L Gates Adds Hong Kong Debt Capital Markets Finance Partner

Hong Kong – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Jay Lee as a debt capital markets finance partner in its Hong Kong office. Lee joins K&L Gates from the Hong Kong office of Simmons & Simmons.

Lee is Hong Kong- and U.S.-qualified and speaks Korean, Mandarin, and English. He is experienced in advising financial institutions and corporations on a wide variety of debt capital markets transactions (RMB bonds, G-3 bonds, equity-linked products, high yield bonds, asset backed securities and structured finances, MTNs, local currency bonds, and loan syndications). He also advises on structured debt products and derivatives transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions, asset management and other general corporate and finance matters.

Lee’s key clients include global, regional, and PRC financial institutions, private equity, asset management, and alternative asset management companies and corporates.
