K&L Gates Advises Centuria and ResetData on GPU Transaction and MSA With CDC Data Centres
Global law firm K&L Gates has advised Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) and ResetData on the acquisition of NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) for deployment across Centuria-owned and third-party data centres. The firm also advised on a Master Services Agreement with CDC Data Centres for an initial 7MW allocation and letter of intent for an increase to 10MW.
K&L Gates advised on the technology procurement and commercial arrangements underpinning the transaction, working closely with ResetData to address the novel issues arising from the financing and acquisition of high-value AI infrastructure.
The acquisition supports the expansion of ResetData's AI infrastructure platform and its ability to meet growing demand for sovereign AI computing.
ResetData Co-Founder and Joint-CEO Bass Salah said: “The K&L Gates team’s deep technology experience and commercial judgement gave us the confidence to navigate a number of difficult issues and deliver an outcome that will progress ResetData’s customer deployment and our AI infrastructure pipeline.”
