K&L Gates Advises Collinear Group on Sale to Capgemini

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Collinear Group, LLC, a provider of consulting, engineering, digital, and business transformation services to the aerospace and defense industries, on its sale to Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation company.  

Headquartered in Renton, Washington, Collinear supports clients across the aerospace and defense industry value chain, including design, certification, manufacturing, and aftermarket operations. Through the acquisition, Capgemini expands its aerospace consulting capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Pacific Northwest. 

The matter was led by Seattle partner Caitlin Velasco with additional support from associates Cate Gelband and Kali Peeples. Seattle partners Robert Starin, Karrie Johnson Diaz, Catherine Smith, and Mark Wittow also provided counsel on the deal.
