K&L Gates Advises The J. Molner Company on Acquisition of Pharmaceutical Portfolio From Nordic Pharma, Inc.

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised The J. Molner Company OU, a generic pharmaceutical company focused on sterile injectable and dermatological drugs, on its acquisition of a portfolio of US‑marketed generic and specialty pharmaceutical products from Nordic Pharma, Inc. 

The acquired portfolio comprises 13 product registrations approved by the US Food and Drug Administration across four therapeutic categories: critical care, ophthalmology, specialty oral products, and hematology and oncology, together with related intellectual property, trademarks, regulatory dossiers, and customer relationships. The transaction completed on 1 June 2026.
