K&L Gates Counsels Copeley Capital on Sale of OnSight Industries

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP represented Copeley Capital, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity firm, in the sale of its portfolio company, OnSight Industries, LLC, and its affiliates. OnSight is a provider of signage, site furnishings, mailbox solutions, and other ancillary services to the new-home and multifamily building industries throughout the Southeastern United States.
