K&L Gates Welcomes London Real Estate Partner

London – Global law firm K&L Gates welcomes Justin Salkeld to its London office as a partner in its global Real Estate practice. He was previously at Baker McKenzie, where he was head of the London real estate practice. Salkeld was also previously a partner with K&L Gates in London from 2004 to 2008.

Salkeld has significant experience across a broad range of operational and investment real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development, structuring and joint ventures, leasing, sale and leaseback transactions, and financing. He also has a strong focus on the hospitality sector, advising owners and investors on hotel assets.

Salkeld’s arrival closely follows the recent additions of aviation finance partner Andrew Harper and data partner Sarah Pearce in London. They are among the more than 30 partners and of counsel to join the firm globally since the beginning of the year.
