Prior to joining the firm, Kailey served as an associate at a San Diego firm where she represented public and private companies across a range of industries in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, venture capital financings, and corporate governance. Kailey's mergers and acquisition experience includes both sell and buy-side transactions, representing companies and strategic purchasers.
