Kali Peeples is an associate and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice. As a summer associate at the firm, she focused on a variety of projects in multiple practice areas, including Technology Transactions and Sourcing, Intellectual Property Litigation, and more. Prior to joining the firm, Kali served as a intercollegiate athletics extern for the Notre Dame athletics department, where she assisted with auditing eligibility and contract revisions, and researched compliance issues.
