Karl joined K&L Gates in February 2023. Previously, he worked at various international law firms as well as a major Italian bank, where he advised on structured finance products, bond issuances, OTC derivatives and clearing, prospectus and stock exchange law, and internal banking matters, among others. In legal firms, he gained experience in corporate law, as well as stock corporation and capital markets law (ECM).
