Katherine Campbell is a special projects lawyer and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine served as the vice president and counsel to a wealth management company. Through this role, Katherine drafted and reviewed SEC filings, including annual registration statements and semi-annual and annual reports, as well as amended registration statements for open-end funds across several fund complexes. In addition, she reviewed closed-end fund proxy statements and supervised proxy meetings; facilitated Section 16 reporting for closed-end funds; and drafted and reviewed initial shelf registration statements and annual updates for closed-end funds.
Katherine has experience with preferred and hybrid securities through vetting for investment and with funds with environmental, social, and governance mandates. She has overseen various nonroutine proxies for open-end and closed-end funds; facilitated the renewal of various stand-alone and umbrella credit facilities; and more.
