Kathleen Burch is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Kathleen focuses on intellectual property matters related to trademark, copyright, trade dress, and domain names. She assists with the management of global trademark portfolios and enforcement programs as well as branding strategies for clients, including developing, adopting and protecting new branding and re-branding initiatives. Kathleen is experienced in a wide range of trademark law areas, including trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, licensing and due diligence. She counsels clients in a variety of industries, including technology, travel, entertainment, pharmaceutical, finance, food & beverage and textiles.
During law school, Kathleen interned at the Suffolk County Probate and Family Court and was a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney. Kathleen was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2011.
